this is a website by an insomniac, for insomniacs. this website is not a replacement for professional help for those dealing with chronic insomnia, and doesn't claim to be whatsoever; this website also makes absolutely no claim to make you fall asleep instantly, or even at all.

the general and sole goal of the sleep zone is to provide either relaxation or distraction from insomnia or anxiety, by providing a variety of resources and medias to listen to or interact with. sleep may occur as a result of this relaxation or distraction, but there is no guarantee of sleep from use of the resource list -- and you have to accept this before use.

the resource list

the resource list is exactly what it says on the tin. a categorized list of relaxation, distraction, and sleep aid resources from a large selection of different sources. upon opening the resource list, you will be asked to select whether you'd like to relax, be distracted, or try to rest.
